Lauren Hochfelder is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Executive Chairperson and Trustee of the Company, Co-Chief Executive Officer of MSREI and Head of MSREI Americas. Prior to her role as Co-Chief Executive Officer of MSREI, Ms. Hochfelder served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer of MSREI from 2019 until her Co-Chief Executive Officer appointment, and has served as Head of MSREI Americas since 2016. Ms. Hochfelder joined MSREI in 2000 and has been focused on investing on behalf of MSREI’s global value-add / opportunistic and regional core funds since then. She has over 23 years of investing experience. Ms. Hochfelder graduated magna cum laude and with distinction from Yale University with a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics.
