John Calace is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Calace is based in New York where he is responsible for accounting and financial oversight and reporting. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2024, Mr. Calace was a Director of Finance at Apollo Global Management where he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Realty Income Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Apollo, from June 2015 until June 2017, Mr. Calace focused on accounting and financial reporting for non-listed investment companies at Prospect Capital Management. Previously, he served as a financial statement auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s financial services group. Mr. Calace graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
